Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can switch plans at any time. Changes are prorated automatically so you only pay for what you use.
Do I get billed per project or per user?
JotGo bills per active paid user. All plans include unlimited projects, environments, and free collaborators.
Is there a limit on how many users I can add?
No - you can invite unlimited users on every plan.
What’s included in the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise customers get unlimited users, SAML/SSO, white-labeling, audit logs, priority support, and a dedicated account manager. Custom integration and security options are also available.
How does billing work?
You can choose monthly or annual billing. Annual subscriptions include a discounted per-seat price.
Do you offer discounts for startups or educational organizations?
Yes — eligible teams can request a startup, non-profit, or education discount. Contact us to apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards for self-serve plans. Enterprise customers can request invoicing or PO-based billing.
Do I need a separate license for each environment?
No. JotGo supports unlimited environments (dev, staging, production, etc.) across all plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any point, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Will my data be deleted if I cancel?
No. You can export your data anytime, and we retain it for a grace period if you choose to reactivate.

Onboarding assistance is self-serve for Pro & Team plans, and fully guided for Enterprise customers.
