How do paid users and free collaborators work?
Paid users are team members who manage, triage, and resolve issues (PMs, QA, devs). Collaborators are anyone who submits feedback — clients, designers, internal stakeholders — and they’re always free and unlimited.
Can I try JotGo before paying?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to core features. No credit card required.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can switch plans at any time. Changes are prorated automatically so you only pay for what you use.
Do I get billed per project or per user?
JotGo bills per active paid user. All plans include unlimited projects, environments, and free collaborators.
Is there a limit on how many collaborators I can add?
No — you can invite unlimited collaborators for free on every plan.
What’s included in the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise customers get unlimited users, SAML/SSO, white-labeling, audit logs, priority support, and a dedicated account manager. Custom integration and security options are also available.
How does billing work?
You can choose monthly or annual billing. Annual subscriptions include a discounted per-seat price.
Do you offer discounts for startups or educational organizations?
