1. General Questions
What is JotGo?
JotGo is a visual bug reporting and feedback management platform designed for product, QA, and engineering teams. It simplifies how teams capture issues, organize feedback, and collaborate across projects, environments, and stakeholders.
Who is JotGo for?
JotGo is built for product managers, QA teams, developers, agencies, designers, and customer-facing teams who need a faster and more accurate way to capture bugs and manage feedback across multiple environments.
Do I need technical knowledge to use JotGo?
No. Anyone can submit feedback using the JotGo widget — even non-technical stakeholders. Developers and PMs get deeper technical details automatically via metadata capture.
2. Pricing & Billing
How does your pricing work?
You pay only for the users who manage issues (PMs, QA testers, developers). You can invite unlimited collaborators for free — clients, designers, reviewers, or internal stakeholders who only need to submit feedback.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to core features.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or change billing frequency at any time. Changes are prorated automatically.
Do you offer discounts for annual plans?
Yes. Annual billing provides a discounted per-user rate compared to monthly plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support major credit cards, and enterprise customers can request invoicing or PO-based billing.
3. Collaborators & User Seats
What are free collaborators?
Free collaborators are users who can submit feedback, screenshots, and videos without paying for a seat. They do not count toward your paid plan.
How many collaborators can I invite?

Who typically becomes a paid seat vs. free collaborator?

4. Bug Reporting & Feedback
How does the JotGo feedback widget work?
The widget sits on your website or web app and allows users to submit visual feedback (screenshots, videos, annotations) with a single click. All submissions include detailed metadata for faster debugging.
What metadata is captured automatically?
Browser, OS, URL, viewport size, network information, and optional console logs.
Can users record videos?
Yes. Users can capture short screen recordings with optional audio narration directly from the widget.
Does JotGo work on local environments?

5. Integrations
Which tools does JotGo integrate with?
We currently support JIRA, Linear, and Zendesk, with more integrations coming soon.
How do integrations work?
With one click, you can push issues to your existing workflow tool. JotGo automatically includes screenshots, videos, metadata, and description fields.
