JotGo started as a personal frustration. For us, quality wasn't optional - it was the only way to work. Every pixel mattered. Every explanation needed precision.
But in the real world, feedback was messy, screenshots were unclear, and things were constantly lost in translation.
We knew there had to be a better way - so we built it.
Instead of accepting messy feedback as the cost of doing business, we set out to design a tool that captures context automatically and turns every report into something developers can act on immediately.
Feedback wasn't the issue - clarity was.
